Our custom package fits the couple that wants to have their hands deep into the planning process themselves, but will need some occasional help throughout their planning to bring their vision to life. This involves all those little pesky fine details, that by the time you reach them, you are more than happy to hand them off. This package will carry you through your wedding day so that you can have a joyful wedding experience you always dreamed of.

We understand that every couple is unique and is at a different stage in their planning process; whether it be a year or a few months until your wedding. We customize your experience & package to best meet your needs.
We value every couple's wedding & time commitments, therefore we only take a select number of weddings per month. In order to reserve your date, we ask that you sign our contract and put down your retainer of 50% of your investment.
Once onboard, we invite you to our online planning portal & planning lounge where we can collaborate together throughout the process.
We work with you throughout your engagement to find vendors and design components that align with your budget & style. We also double check all your contracts and create a detailed timeline & event layout. At any time during planning you need to reach out for advice, question or request a meeting or site visit, we are available to assist you.
We also invite you to our planning lounge where you find our preferred vendor list, processional planner guide and other helpful custom planning tools.
We focus on more than just your wedding day – we focus on YOU. We have your best interest at heart and strive to create the wedding you've envisioned. We are onsite all day to assist with preparation, setup, ceremony, reception & end of the night tasks. You & your family should not have to lift a finger, but rather enjoy your special day. WHAT IF I JUST WANT DAY-OF COORDINATION?
Contrary to the term, there is no such thing as ‘day of’. A coordinator cannot just show up to your wedding day blind with no information or meetings prior. Too many things can go wrong. We prefer to meet with you prior to the actual day to gather information and details so that we can be the point person ensuring that everything goes smoothly. We are able to really get to know our couples, gather all of their information & details for the big day, confirm times with all vendors, and help to create a timeline. Yes, you may have done most of the planning yourselves, but we help finalize everything and ensure that your vision gets executed.
MY [INSERT FAMILY MEMBER] IS PERFORMING THE CEREMONY. CAN YOU HELP WITH LOGISITICS?
More often than not, our couples choose to have a family member or friend officiate their wedding. We assist you & your officiant with etiquette tips, processional planning and are onsite for rehearsal.
WHERE DO YOU TRAVEL?
We are based in Central Indiana and typically cater to clients within a 2 hour radius of Indianapolis. We have worked in Fort Wayne, Chicago, Depauw University, Bloomington and everywhere in-between. We do however travel to other locations for a reasonable travel fee.
MY VENUE HAS A SITE COORDINATOR. CAN I STILL BENEFIT FROM A WEDDING PLANNER?
Typically, venue coordinators have the job of overseeing the wedding details that are directly related to the venue & venue staff (and sometimes the food and beverage as well). A wedding coordinator works only for you to make every aspect run smoothly, greet all your vendors, send out a timeline prior, make sure you are having a great time celebrating and to ensure that your vision has become a reality. As a professional wedding planner, our services supplement the services offered by your venue coordinator, Banquet Manager & staff, and other vendors.
DO YOU CHARGE AN HOURLY RATE, A FLAT RATE OR A PERCENTAGE OF OUR OVERALL WEDDING BUDGET?
We charge a flat rate for our customized all-inclusive packages. This includes travel fees, a second coordinator (if necessary) and everything outlined in your package. There are no other costs.
