This is our most popular service that fits the couple that wants to have their hands deep into the planning process themselves, but will need some help throughout their planning to bring their vision to life.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding day, we meet with you to review every possible detail, create a detailed wedding day schedule, walk through the venue to confirm the layout of the reception area, confirm timing and logistics with all of your event professionals, manage your wedding ceremony rehearsal, and pull everything into a perfectly coordinated day.

This includes a detailed wedding day timeline and schedule based on our expertise of how a seamless event should run. The wedding day timeline can be distributed to all vendors. You send us a list of the vendors involved and their contracted number of hours, any special toasts, dances, etc, and your catering details (i.e. number of courses with or without dance sets in between) and we will take it from there.
This includes up to three to five recommendations in each category of our most trusted and talented wedding venues & vendors that match your style and budget. We include their contact information, websites, etc. This is more than just a list, these are vetted vendors that we have worked with before or know of through being in the events industry for many years.
With a passion for wedding design, we will step in and help you pull the creative part of your big day together! We’ll take your wedding inspiration photos, ideas and theme and bring them to life. Once your vision has been identified, you will receive a custom design presentation, including florals, linens, place settings, floorplans, and more. We will source the necessary rentals in your area from our trusted wedding vendors and continue to secure all of the styling elements to bring your complete vision to life.
For couples on a limited budget who need an extra hand on the morning of their wedding. From your morning coffee run, catering brunch, transporting your dress, setting up your decor, pinning boutonnières and lining up your wedding party, we'll be with you until walk down the aisle. We know the beginning of the day can be very busy!

More often than not, our couples choose to have a family member or friend officiate their wedding. We assist you & your officiant with etiquette tips, processional planning and are onsite for rehearsal.
WHERE DO YOU TRAVEL?
We are based in Central Indiana and typically cater to clients within a 2 hour radius of Indianapolis. We have worked in Fort Wayne, Chicago, Depauw University, Bloomington and everywhere in-between. We do however travel to other locations for a reasonable travel fee.
MY VENUE HAS A SITE COORDINATOR. CAN I STILL BENEFIT FROM A WEDDING PLANNER/COORDINATOR?
Typically, venue coordinators have the job of overseeing the wedding details that are directly related to the venue & their staff. A wedding coordinator works only for you to make every aspect run smoothly, acts as a liaison to all your vendors and family, sends out a timeline prior, make sure you are having a great time celebrating and to ensure that your vision has become a reality. As a professional wedding planner, our services supplement the services offered by your venue coordinator.
DO YOU CHARGE AN HOURLY RATE, A FLAT RATE OR A PERCENTAGE OF OUR OVERALL WEDDING BUDGET?
We charge a flat rate for our customized all-inclusive packages. This includes travel fees, a second coordinator (if necessary) and everything outlined in your quote. Each package is unique to fit the couple's needs, their stage in planning & complexity of wedding details.
